A black butterfly owns the green sky; there are flowers Im sure you have never seen before, flowers that blossom only for me. They laugh at me saying, You are a weed of this world, we love mocking you, but honestly to tell you each day that we need you dearly, since you are unwanted. Am I truly? They themselves declared their need of my existence.
I am a happy tumor, a born parasite always on a diet. I refuse your leftovers; I am a farmer ...

Whilst all of us craved for happiness, my alter-ego Melancholy craved for depression. He hated sweets because sweets are sweet and not depressing. Existentialists dont eat sweets and ice-cream. he said. When I pumped Whisky or Brandy in the sweets using a syringe and offered to him, he would say, Awesome. That was his sacred word. Anything depressing is awesome and kickass.
He is usually very reticent until you start talking about Kafka. ...

Turning things inside out, every thing that isever done has always an intention, our minds are the instigators that fuel the initialsparks. Take 'Compassion', for instance, the emotion isassociated to socially desirable episodes of drama. No onetries to find out who conceptualised it in the first place; so then perhaps it evolved as a meansof covering thecracks that dooccur, when one is payingno worthy attention.The act isnot ...

Short Stories
Like most teens growing up during the blackouts I didnt care much about the world outside my window. I drowned myself in the lyrics of bands like Sum 41, Breaking Benjamin, GodSmack and many more angst ridden bands who understood me. I didnt like growing up in that big apartment of ours. Mom and dad were never home; both were very successful surgeons and had long forgotten that they had a daughter. My father wanted to break free, he wanted to...

We were fools. We owned the world(only) in the twisted fantasiesof our own minds.Once words and meanings showed their true colors,we had nothingbut the gaping empty truthsof our lying bodies(ringless and bare necked). And a story that trespassed beyondsoured dreamspointing fingers and feminism....

Horror
He woke up sweaty; again it was the same dream, reaching for the cigarette packet he found it empty. Damn that nurse, what kind of a sick joke was it? Wasnt he paying good money? He got out of bed and walked bare foot to the chest of drawers. As he inhaled deeply he felt a bit relaxed. He was lucky the nurse didnt find his other secret stash. He poured himself a drink of orange juice from the fridge and sat down on the divan. Y...

Horror
He waited in vain, this had never happened before. The dream was always the same, the sequence played along, never missing the beat- today was different; slowly he gathered as much courage as he could and got up and opened the door of his coupe. It led to a pitch black corridor. When a man is scared or faces danger, the body goes into a fight or flight mode, the pupils dilate, adrenaline is pumped at an alarming rate, the heart beats go off the chart. A person becomes sometim...

He was standing outside in the cold. She came and stood next to him, uttered an unnecessary greeting in a voice that would be the result of five ice cubes being shoved down your throat. He turned his head, gave a reluctant smile and proceeded to study the huge statue of Venus in front of him.
She took out a pack of smokes from her pocket, lit the only one. After two drags, she offered it to him. He shook his head. She kept her hand extended in fro...

It lies still and placid,Between the folds of thy heart!Like a foetus, sleeping secureIn a mother's womb.The way the sky nests,The winds in its palms.It dwells in the realms,Of those grainy eyes.Like the water, getting dyed,In the hue of the unknown.It metamorphoses, itselfIn thy name and form.How strange it is!Pain!With no particular name,Only !pain begets pain!

A day in the Diary
As the dusk lulledThe turbulent sauce pan;A hiss form the kitchenGushed mutely throughThe thin airWaxed slender legs walkUnto the terminus;To toss the contentsOf the blue pan;This time its egg yolkThe coffee minglesWith the current around;Still smelling of eggsMade yesterdayEveningSilence descends throughThe mute azure eyes;And rests besideThe pelvic arch;
